Adeel Zaidi is a fresh reflection of traditional values in the modern time. He has portrayed the sensitivity of human observations with a mosaic of passions but carefully maintained his objectivity.

Adeel Knows the art of reducing complex issues to a very simple and easy to understand phenomenon that helps the reader to discover the refracting realties lie behind the opaque web of daily life.

He neither hesitates speak his mind nor has ever been fearful addressing the bold issues. Adeel sees future through his vision of a blending cultural experience of east and west. He carefully distinguishes the dichotomy of conservative and progressive views of two cultures and leave sample room for the reader to develop his own picture.

If I had to sum up in one word what I felt after reading my father's book, I would have to say, proud. As an outside looking at this book, one could only wish to write with such conviction and passion. " Chalte Chalte" is exactly as the title indicates, a work that was done on the go. His job required him to travel quite often and during his travels he saw many different parts of the world.The journeys he took and people that he met on the way inspired much of what he has written. Along with his father stands for; courage, modesty and devotion. His modesty has kept him grounded and in order to instill those same qualities in his children, he accompanied my brother and I on trip to the many of the same places he visited. He did not want us to only to read of these places but to actually see how people lived. In turn, I feel that I have been humbled and am also more grateful to be in the position that I am in now. Aside from teaching me about life, he has also accomplished something that I said that I would never do; I am now writing poetry. After reading his work one can only be inspired to do the same. I have just recently begun to write but if I can write at least half as well as my father, I will consider myself lucky. He is a man of honor and I have and will always continue to look to him for guidance and strength. I am very proud of all that he has accomplished and I wish for him health and happiness.
